I’ve tried a number of different wading boots
Even tried some scuba diving boots and can’t find a wading boot for high arch feet which anyone have high arch feet that have found a good wading boot solution? In the past i always used stocking foot waders with booties, no problems We went hunting the next day, typical muddy marsh conditions and i got stuck big time Push one foot down to free the other, and got.
To save weight and costs, we've used old work boots They should be at least ankle high with laces you can tighten so they don't pull off in the mud Yea, old work boots won't last long especially in the salt But, that's ok because by then you'll have figured out what you like.
I bought them 3 sizes too big
I even tried shoving my waders in first and then putting on my waders, but i can't even get my waders in them Is there any other brand of stingray protection that protects the entire foot and leg like these I got some recently and used them for the first time saturday and it was the most uncomfortable wade ever My waders have the neoprene sock attached and slip in the boot.
Just curious if the hodgmen brand boots are the only stringray boots on the market If they are i'm suprised some other mfg Hasn't come out w/some competition The hodgmen is not the most comfortable but it is decent stuff

The boots have always been in good shape When at academy try on a pair of waders similar to what you have and then try the rayguard boots on Be sure to get them big enough The trick is to wear a thin sock with the waders and a thick sock without waders so that you can get the correct fit
Might need two pr of socks but. Not very a well seasoned in the wade fishing scene However, i am looking to get started
