I think sarena offer the same as gladius and more (default arena plates, sarena plates, you can scale and move everything) while being lighter (sarena consume less memory than gladius, even with more features). Truesome people right click sarena or gladius, some people keybind it in targeting options, some people macro /target arena1 /focus arena1 i'd say keybind focus 1 2 3 and target 1 2 3 to something very easy to press shift 12345 ctrl 12345 < i myself use shift 2 3 4 for focus and naga mouse 3 2 1 for target arena 1 2 3 (this is as a dk) So i wanted to try out this arena enemy unit frames addon called sarena One thing it is missing vs gladdy (another popular arena frames addon) is the ability to right click to set your focus target
