I want to connect two drives to transfer some files from one to another
The other drive does not show It could be the drivers need updating but using 'device manager' it says they are up to. And is seen by win 10 in file explorer and otherwise works
But the system backup windows cannot find it I hit the refresh option and it does not show up. I am attempting to create a back up of my hard drive on to a usb drive, but when i click add a drive, i get no usable drives found. from what i've found on google, this typically means the drive is not formatted.
